Terriers beat Southwestern
STAUNTON - Southwestern traveled here for competition on Tuesday.
Both the 7th and 8th grade teams defeated Southwestern.
The 7th grade won with scores of 13-15, 15-2, and 15-13.
Haley Seketa and Ashley DeVries lead the 7th grade team in service points with 8 points. Lika Hindi followed with 7 points. Kayla Brown, Ashley Rensing, and Anna Kroeger added 6 points. Stormy DuFrain added 2 points.
The 8th grade team won with scores of 15-12 and 15-11.
Marissa Huff lead the 8th grade Terriers in service points with 10. Kayla Brown followed with 8 points, Cindy Gregory and Nicole Russell 5, and Crystal Michuda added 2.

Terriers split with Mt. Olive
STAUNTON - Mt. Olive made the short drive here to compete in volleyball on Monday.
The 7th grade Terriers won their game while the 8th grade team failed to pull out a win.
The 7th grade won its game with scores of 15-7 and 15-6.
Kayla Brown lead the 7th grade team in service points with 12. Ashley DeVries followed with 9 points, Haley Seketa 4, Stormy DuFrain 3, and Lika Hindi added 2 points.
The 8th grade team lost with scores of 5-15, 15-3, and 14-16.
Bethany Banovz lead the 8th grade team with 12 service points. Nicole Russell followed with 9 points, Marissa Huff 5, and Cindy Gregory and Ashley Slifka added 4 points.
